As an advocate for accessibility and equity, Krissy connects culture and beauty, guiding you back to you, to rediscover your unique voice and our shared empowerment.

Krissy leads classes, workshops, retreats, in movement, meditation or sound healing.
As a yoga teacher for over two decades, with multiple modalities of healing, she facilitates crafted spaces with deep reverence and reciprocity leaving people feeling transformed and integrated.
Bring your group to The Lotus in the Catskills and have a curated experience that will leave you bonded and refreshed.

All systems are deeply connected, like the mycelium network beneath the trees and when we try to function without the help of others, we lose sight of the whole.
The uterus project offers a simple way to live in reciprocity of the land, your body and our collective care.
Rooted in an ancient practice, We Rose Rooted will move toward a collective joy that will amplify the good in the world we wish to see.

Let Krissy create a practice crafted for you. Take a journey and craft a daily routine, based on your goals to live an authentic life where your inner landscape reflects your desires of vitality in the world.
No regimen or woo. All flowing and grounded with what's sustainable in your life while uncovering the shadow we would rather not face.
Krissy will move you to your edge of courage and compassion.

I am a bridge builder and a truth-teller.
A disruptor with a soft center.
A community gatherer. A solo traveler.
I see the gap and create something living in its place.
For over two decades, my work has been devoted to helping people reclaim their power, not as force, but as deep self-trust. Through embodied movement, mindfulness, birth-centered wisdom, earth-based ritual, and spiritual herbalism, I have guided individuals back to their bodies, their instincts, and their inner authority so they can live and lead from clarity rather than conditioning.
My work now is building brave spaces where transformation is at the center. Spaces where perfection gives way to process, shrinking gives way to grounded expression, and people strengthen their foundations so they can remember their capacity. I work with individuals, parents, and communities through classes, workshops, trainings, and transformational containers designed to cultivate courage, resilience, and embodied leadership.
My spaces are trauma-aware, and honest - where people take up space without apology and speak truth without fear.
Cultivating sovereign, embodied humans who trust themselves deeply, live courageously, and shape families and communities rooted in integrity, reverence, and real change.

The Lotus is a 30-foot yurt wrapped in Persian rugs, resting at the edge of the woods on 11 acres of land held by protected forest. It sits in a circle of trees, placed there before we understood what the land already knew.
Once, this circle was a burn pit. Now the transformation happens in The Lotus: a center that sits at the intersection of art, wellness, and transformation. Devoted to brave conversations and turning what was discarded into what can nourish.
On the outskirts of the property is a fire pit that anchors gatherings under open sky. A heart-shaped pool reflects light and laughter. An herbal garden, grown from seed and seedling, tended with care. A cottage and a reimagined school bus “E Street shuttle” offer shelter.
These all are held within the quiet intelligence of the woods.

The UTERUS is grossly understudied.
We have a lot of work to do to understand and build more compassionate spaces of understanding and empathy.
